The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is a fixed rate. This product consists of a 12 year (144 month) term at an APR of 2.125% as of June 2, 2021. (Payment Example: A loan of $100,000.00 for 12 years (144 months) at a simple interest rate of 2.125% would yield a payment amount of $787.36 per month and an annual percentage rate (APR) of 2.125%).

Monthly payment does not include an escrow payment for real estate taxes, homeowner’s insurance, private mortgage insurance or flood insurance. Your actual payment may be greater.

Recording fees to record a mortgage discharge, trustee certificate, or other items to clear title to be paid by the borrowers(s). If property is in a special flood hazard area, flood insurance will be required and will be escrowed. All applicants must be present to apply when applying at a branch. The Premium Home Equity Loan product will be the 1st & only lien on a property. There is an early termination fee of $300.00 if the loan is closed within the first 3 years. Loan-to-value: 70% LTV based on AVM / 80% LTV based on appraisal. Rate subject to change at any time. Loans are subject to credit approval and restrictions may apply. Consult your tax advisor about deductibility. Adequate homeowner's insurance coverage is required. If an appraisal is required for your request the cost will be between $350 to $400, depending on the state in which the property is located. 2-4 family owner occupied properties may exceed these amounts.
